Das neue Ventil für Kohlendioxid Flaschen von Smart Parts bringt folgende Verbesserung mit sich:Es ist nun nicht mehr möglich das sich das Ventil als Geschoss von der Flasche löst wenn durch unsachgemässe Montage die Entlüftungsöffnung verstopft wurde. Durch zwei Gewinde und eine Verjüngung dazwischen kann CO2 entweichen das vorher nicht abgelassen wurde oder nicht abgelassen werden konnte. During the course of 2004, incidents with CO2 valves unscrewing from bottles have made big news, with two people dying tragically from flying CO2 bottles. The new Smart Valve incorporates an extended neck on the bottom of the valve, so that unscrewing the bottle from the valve becomes a concerted effort, rather than something that can be done through inattention on the user's part. Assuming someone does unscrew the first set of threads, the thinner cross section of the extended neck will allow the CO2 to vent and the threading on the end of the valve will restrain the bottle from flying around and causing damage to people and property. The new Smart Valve is only available as a complete unit to meet Smart Parts' safety requirements.
