Alles weitere könnt ihr hier selbst nachlesen:The deal between one4one.tv and the Millennium series will give all events a worldwide promotion, and players from all over the world will realize what is happening in the european tournament scene state Lars Herzig, Media Coordinator for the Millennium series. „We are very excited to start such a new venture with the Millennium Series. It has a superb reputation, has a highly recognized brand and keeps on expanding, year after year. The new website we are building will give us a strong identity,“ says Mathieu Luquet, General Manager of Sekwa7prod. „We truly believe that internet broadcasting will give us the opportunity to capture what happens in a paintball tournament in a whole new light. Paintball players won't have to wait any longer to watch paintball. We will bring paintball straight into the player's home“ commented Christophe Luquet CEO of Sekwa7prod. Interview with One4One.tvPbstar: What kind of film experience do you have? Sekwa7prod company is a 2 year old production company, but we have started working with Trench TV since 1998 on canal + channel (especially my brother Christophe) on a very popular show called „le vrai journal“ (translate „the real news“), kind of satiric news. Then we worked in video clips for artists like Bob Sinclar (famous DJ in France), Sinsemillia (reggae/ska band) and many other. We worked also in different TV shows and Sitcom till the creation of the company. As i am involved in paintball business in europe since 1999, I brought my brother to the 7 Man World Cup in Toulouse in 2000 and we did the footage in 2003 at the same tournament because we felt we could do something new in paintball video, that's the time we started thinking to one4one.tv project. We also had very good friends involved in the internet business as eingeneers and developpers, and that's with them that we launched one4one.tv in March 2005. Pbstar:How many events will you be filming? We have now an exclusive agreement with the Millennium Series that allow us to broadcast movies of the series on the internet, so we will be at every event. We started with the Maxs Masters in Germany, then we just came back from the DMA in Amsterdam, next is World Cup in Disneyland Paris and after that we will go in Birmingham for Campaign Cup and we will end the season in Madrid in october. We also hope that we will have a look at what's going on in the US as well, and we will surely cover the World Cup in Orlando in October as well…october is gonna be a hard month for us I guess. Pbstar:How long will the videos be? For now we plan that the videos will last a minimum of 45 minutes to 1 hour. Actually its not only a video, its a true movie with a scenario. We will not only show games, but interviews of players, of actors of the industry, new products… I think we have a lot to show, especially how are run the tournaments, how do players feel…if they like it they will tell us, if not they will also tell us. I also think we can help to increase the level of quality of the series we film, cause promoters will know that their tournament is gonna be on TV. Pbstar:How much will it cost? Price will be between $7 and $8. This is the price of a good magazine, and for a 1 hour movie we have the feeling this is affordable. The viewers will tell. Pbstar:What are Millenium events like? What makes them so great? Millennium Series exists since quite a long time now and the series is for me an example. Venues are always great, near or in great European capitals, like London, Paris, Madrid….Players can not only play paintball in a perfect venue, but also arrive a bit earlier and visit those superb cities. Also the organization and marshalling (crutial point for a well run tournament) are growing in quality, so i think today the Millennium Series can easially be compared to the NPPL or the PSP, this is a 1st class series. Another point very important for the players, the prize money is higher than before that makes it more interesting moneywise to play for pro teams especially. As an example XSV is playing the whole series, we also saw ARSENAL, AVALANCHE, IRONMEN, BUSHWACKERS and top Div 1 JUSTICE playing the Millennium tournaments in Germany, Amsterdam, and last week in Paris. We hope that other team will come…for the show…we will put those teams on our movies. Pbstar:Will you be able to handle piracy? All the viewers have to know is that we spend money on this project, we spend money to bring them video, news and images as soon as possible. Almost 15 people work and invest time in one4one.tv and if our movies are pirated, that will simply ruin our work, ruin our investment. So we ask all the people who read this not to pirate our films, not to put it on peer to peer systems…let us work and develop our website, we're gonna bring them a lot of new stuff that we think they're gonna like. We are not Microsoft or EMI to spend millions of dollars in file protection, we are a small production company that want to add a stone to paintball development. Pbstar:How do you compare European teams with US teams? I think what makes the difference between US and Europe teams is that paintball exists in the US since a much longer time than in Europe, and it is much more developped. As a result Teams in US are used to play paintball for years and years now, are used to play against a lot of very good teams so they are stronger. In Europe you can play against maybe 10 good teams, and 5 are really strong, in the US you can find 50 good teams and 30 are really strong, that makes the difference. Also the biggest paintball companies are in the US, they mainly support and help US teams, so they can play cheaper and more often than in Europe. That is quite normal that US companies invest 1st in the US market and US teams. But we have in Europe very good teams as well, like JOY DIVISON, TONTON, NEXUS, LONDON TIGERS that play the NPPL in Pro division and also growing teams like MENACE or PHOENIX RUSSIA and some other that are rising. The other European team that is regarding to me one of the best in the world is RUSSIAN LEGION (NXL team Boston Red Legion) even if they dont play the Millennium, I think they can beat any US team today. And dont forget : We are watching you !!!
