K2 vs. NPS?

Der ganze bericht vom Channel:NPS 'contacted' by K2 Posted: Mon, 17 May 2004 By Dale Ford, Staff WriterDuring a conversation with a reliable source today, it was let out that K2, the new owners of Worr Game Products, has 'contacted' National Paintball Supply, the makers of the Psychoballistics Lightning line of markers, which is a 'clone' of the Autococker. The source was vague when questioned about the meaning of the word 'contacted' in reference to NPS and WGP/K2, but it'd be a safe assumption that either a letter was sent or a phone call was made to NPS giving them notice to cease and desist the production of the Lightning, which WGP feels is in violation of their trademark on the term Autococker and products that fit the description of an autococking marker. More to come as it becomes available.
