Evolve arbeitenderzeit an einer Modifikation für die Angel von WDP. Mit diesem soll es möglichsein den Low Pressure auf 30 PSI zu senken und mit eine Dwell von 10 ms zu spielen.Damit soll der störende Kick der Angel nahezu vollkommen eliminiert werden.
Viele neue Wallpaper gibt es auf der Website von JT. Alle Wallpaper sind in den Auflösungen 800×600, 1024×768 und 1160×870 verfügbar. Zur Auswahl stehen die Teams Stoned Assasins, XSV, Brass Eagle AllStars, Dynasty und TonTons. Zusätzlich gibt es noch zwei Wallpaper von den JT (Brass Eagle) Spokesmodels und ein nurJT spezifisches Wallpaper.
Die International Amateur Open werden ein NPPL sanktioniertes Event. Dazu diePressemitteilung, die man Ende letzter Woche veröffentlicht hat.
IAO becomes NPPL Sanctioned Event
Pittsburgh, PA. – The International Amateur Open is pleased to announce its affiliationwith the NPPL. Chuck Hendsch, President of the NPPL had this to say, “The NPPLFeeder Series program is essential to the standardization of tournament play.I am pleased at the opportunity to sanction the IAO as an NPPL Affiliate event.The IAO is a perfect event for new teams to be introduced to the NPPL format.The NPPL is honored to have the world renown IAO event using the NPPL format,rules and PRO referee program.”
According to Debra Dion Krischke of Team Effort Events, producer of the IAO, “Forover a decade there have been discussions of how to align ourselves with theNPPL. We have tried diligently to maintain standards of excellence in production,promotion and hospitality for the teams and industry alike. Currently the NPPL,under the direction of Pure Promotions, is meeting and exceeding those standardsso it is now possible for the NPPL to be what it was designed to be—a governingand standardizing body for competitive play within the industry. Players canbe assured of regulation fields, standardized rules and qualified referees ina well managed and promoted event.”
This year's Draxxus International Amateur Open, presented by Dick's SportingGoods, will feature NPPL ref training and the ability for players to receivea temporary ID card or join the NPPL Players Association which offers a multitudeof amenities to the player. Team Arsenal, an up and coming pro-team, will beoffering a players clinic to help out some of the younger team
As the NPPL evolves, players can look forward to authorized feeder series, suchas the Pan Am circuit which will further lend to the universal standards forcompetitive play.
The IAO is the oldest, stand-alone event in paintball and has served as a non-politicalhaven for vendors, manufacturers and players to come together once a year inan atmosphere of acceptance and camaraderie. The Industry Conference offers anyonein the business of paintball the ability to learn from experts, share ideas andmeet all the VIP'S in paintball.

Auf dem Indoor-Spielfeld in Zeitz (Sachsen-Anhalt) spielte man gestern den Avalon Cup 2004. Es waren 5 Teams vor Ort und man spielte 5 gegen 5. Am Ende des Tages sah die Rangliste wie folgt aus:
1. Predators Magdeburg – 325 Punkte
2. Balls on Fire – 235 Punkte
3. Predators Magdeburg – 235 Punkte
4. Avalon Academy – 205 Punkte
5. Spirit of Honor – 30 Punkte
Aufgrund gleicher Punktzahl hat man die Platzierung der Teams "Balls on Fire" und "Predators Magdeburg" mit dem direkten Vergleich bestimmt.
