Kurz vor dem ersten Event der NPPL Super 7 Serie wird das 2004er Regelwerk veröffentlicht. Wie in der Millennium Series, wird angegeben welche Änderungen im Gegensatz zumvorherigen Regelwerk enthalten sind.
- The rule book was reorganized to make it easier for players and officials to find rules.
- The table of contents is much more user friendly.
- Jersey's must be tucked in this year. Rule 9.03 (the purpose is so a paintball will not go under the jersey so the referees do not have to pull Jersey's up to look for potential hits under the Jersey.)
- Clear hoppers will not be allowed after July 31st Rule 12.01
- Suspensions, ejections and fines have been added for fighting and other violations Rule 40.01
- Clothing must be free of rips and tears. Rule 9.02
- Regulation of Paintballs criteria will be strictly monitored, you must pick up or purchase your paintballs on site from an official NPPL paintball sponsor Rule
- ID cards will be mandatory to have on at all times while on tournament grounds Rule 3.01
- 7 minute time limit Rule 6.01
- Divisions have changed to I II and III. Rule 2.01
- Markers will be checked more closely to prevent ramping, and rapid fire please review Rule 11.03 and 19.03 (6)
- NPPL Id Cards are valid for one calendar season Rule 3.03
- Review rosters rules under section 4.01
- Coin toss for best of three section 15.01
