IPPU Press Release
We would hereby like to announce that the IPPU – International Paintball Players Union, is established, and that the first official board meeting took place in Nürnburg, Germany. The idea was formed by Chris Renton UK, and by today 80 teams have signed up. The initial task is to work as one strong voice for the teams and players, under the umbrella that is the IPPU, with the support of the teams involved in (by now) the Millennium Series.
The IPPU board is elected by the registered IPPU members, and consist of:
Frederikke Iuel-Brockdorff – FL Charms
Laurent Capron – Scalp
Magued Idris – Stockholm Joy Division
Niklas Agréus – Stockholm Ignition
Frank Vallée – Oslo Menace
The IPPU board will be the official voice of the teams / members of the IPPU in cases related to the Millennium Series. It is our intension that the IPPU board in the future can take decisions in proposals and solutions raised by the members, and address it to the MS board. In this way we strongly believe the MS will work and treat their teams / customers in a professional way.
