Planet is going sponsor crazy – word is they have already signed Avalanche up to shoot Egos in 06 and are in talks with both Arsenal A and – wait for it – Russian Legion ! Other sources are insistent that the Legion will be an Evil team next year from head to toe, and shooting an Evil marker.
The XSV to Dye bandwagon continues a rolling, and rumors of some sort of a tie-up between the NE Hurricanes and Doc's Raiders are refusing to die. Oh, and will the Portland Naughty Dogs still be an NPS team next year? Word is they will, despite Rocky getting numerous other offers.
Talk of player unrest in various camps – including Lanche, Strange, Philly and Miami – is also rife and it looks like at least half a dozen Pro teams are going to have major squad overhauls this off-season.
But what format will we all be playing in 2006? Reunification talks are ongoing, and we wouldn't be at all surprised to see the NXL teams and The 18 duking it out next year. 7-Man, XBall or some sort of XBall Lite format, you ask?
